Who we are
Hobglobin Software (OPC) Private Limited ("Hobglobin"), a one person company limited by shares registered in India (CIN U62099OD2023OPC043354), operates this website and the workflow-assessment, contact, and security-request forms on it. For personal data collected through this website, we are the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
Contact form: name, work email, phone number, message.
Workflow assessment: name, work email, company, industry, role, named workflow, document volume, current systems, timeline, user count, deployment preference, security or residency notes, optional sample description.
Analytics and cookies
Vercel Analytics (cookieless). No Google Analytics. No advertising cookies.
Subprocessors
The same subprocessors listed on our security page:
- Google Cloud / Firebase: website contact, assessment, and security-request forms.
- Vercel: website hosting and cookieless analytics. No advertising cookies.
- LLM providers in your tenancy: inference for client workflows runs in the environment you name. We do not train foundation models on your corpus.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: 12 months from your last message.
- Workflow assessment submissions: 12 months, unless a client relationship starts. Then we keep them for the engagement and any legal record-keeping period.
- Security-request submissions: 12 months from your last request.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the record. Engagement data for a paid deployment stays in your tenancy, in your region.
Your rights and consent
You can ask us to give you access to, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal stops further processing but does not affect processing that already took place.
To make any of these requests, email hello@hobglobin.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Visitors in Australia
We handle personal information of Australian visitors in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Form data is held by the subprocessors above and may be stored outside Australia.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information. If you have a complaint, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
