In these terms, "we" means Hobglobin.

By using hobglobin.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. No offer or contract

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. Any engagement, including a 14-day proof sprint, is governed only by a signed statement of work or services agreement. Prices shown are indicative and exclude taxes.

4. Results and case studies

Results described on this site come from specific client engagements and conditions. They are not a guarantee of results for your organisation. Self-reported figures are labelled as such.

5. Information you send us

When you submit the assessment or contact form, you confirm you are authorised to share that information. The assessment form accepts an optional sample document: send only non-confidential samples there. Do not send confidential, personal, safety-critical or export-controlled documents through the website; we will agree a secure channel before any such exchange. We handle form data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, name and logo belong to Hobglobin or its licensors. You may view and share pages for evaluating our services, but may not copy, modify or reuse them commercially without written permission.
